How I work
The person who scopes your engagement is the person on the keyboard.
I have led or delivered 300+ offensive engagements across my career — penetration tests, red teams and threat-led programmes — with a background in consultancy, defence-sector and financial-institution work.
When scope needs more capacity, I bring in named associates I have worked with before, under NDA and named to you in the SoW.
I take on a limited number of engagements at a time. I would rather turn work away than ship a report I am not prepared to defend line by line.
What you can count on
- Reports written from scratch. Every finding is described in the context of your environment, for the people who will fix it.
- Scoped and priced per engagement. Agreed up front, held for the duration.
White-label
A meaningful share of the work is white-labelled: engagements run behind an agency's brand, in their template, on their timeline. Ask and I will send a partnership brief.
